I do not have a shopping cart on my site because I don't feel it would work as well as dealing with each customer individually. This way I can better understand your needs. Orders should be sent to me using email at gaillacy@lacyglass.com It would be great if you could have the subject line of that email be "order". Please refer to the Payment Options section of this page to review accepted payment methods.
The pieces shown are one-of-a-kind and will be sold on a "first email gets it" basis. Please refer to the code that is listed under each image. I will email you back to let you know if it is still available. I do my best to keep that part of my site up to date and mark items as sold as soon as they sell. If that one is already sold, it may be that I have another bead from the same series. I often make a series of beads and may have "siblings" available.
Samples: This is my attempt to show you a representative sample of the combinations and colors I am currently doing. If you wish to order a piece based on the selection in the sample section, please refer to the name or number associated with it. The "shapes" section will give you an idea of the basic shapes. You may order any combination in any shape shown. I have a extensive inventory but I can not guarantee that I will have a certain piece in stock. If I have to make one it will usually take about a week depending on what it is you want.

Please do not show up at my studio without an appointment. I may not be home or if I am home I may not be available for a studio visit. Please call ahead for arrange for an appointment. I appreciate this.
You have the best chance to catch me if you call between 8 - 11 am, and 6 - 9 PM Eastern time. Keep in mind that some of the equipment that I use is pretty noisy and I may not hear the phone. I check my messages frequently.
During the week I check email 3-4 times each day starting at about 7:00 AM and ending at about 9 PM. On weekends it may be less frequent. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please send the email again. If I am going to be out of town, which I do very infrequently, I will post that on my website home page.

A special order is defined as an order for any shape shown on my sample shapes page, in any of the combinations shown on any of the sample color pages: Combinations, Pastels or Duets. I can usually fill special orders from existing inventory but will be happy to make up what you want and send you an image for your approval. Depending of the size of the order, I can usually complete an order within 7 days. Large orders may take longer. I can give you a time estimate when you email me your request.
A custom order is defined an an order for a shape or size that is not found on my sample shapes page or something in a color combination that is not found on my sample color pages: Combinations, Pastels or Duets. I am always eager to hear your ideas but do not always have the time to do the experimentation a custom piece requires. Please email me with your ideas and I will let me know if it is something I can do within the limits of my fusing knowledge, creative ability and available time.
The prices on this Website are retail prices. Chains are not included in the price listed. The price for an individual bead will vary depending on size, shape and complexity of the creation process.
I am not accepting any new wholesale accounts.
For $.25 I will put the pendant on a black satin cord that has a coil slider and a knot at the end. This allows you to slip the cord over your head and then adjust the length by sliding the coil on the cord. I also have Chains and Neckwires
In the USA: I will ship first class or priority for small orders. I can ship 1-3 single pendants depending on their size and weight, for $1.50 first class.
Larger orders will be sent Parcel Post, Priority,
FedEx or UPS. I will add insurance if you wish. With Parcel Post and
Priority, insurance is $1.70 for the first $50.00 of insured value, $2.60 for $50.00
- $100.00 and an additional $.95 for each additional $100.00 of insured value over
$100.00. These options are yours to choose from. If you do not insure
the shipment, I cannot be responsible if the post office loses it or damages it.
Canada: I can ship Air Letter Post or Air Parcel Post. I will give
you an estimate after I weigh the envelope or package.
International orders: I can ship First Class for $1.25 for the first
ounce. Priority starts at $16.00 and varies with size, weight and destination
Country.
Each individual bead comes in its own little zip lock bag. For 1-5 individual beads I will ship in a padded envelope. For larger orders, I will wrap the beads in bubble wrap and box them up.
I go to the post office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you have a "bead emergency", please let me know and I will do my best to get what you need, mailed off to you as quickly as is humanly possible. This becomes more difficult the closer to Christmas we get!!
I guarantee your satisfaction. All items are returnable within 30 days, for any reason, for replacement or refund of the item price. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be credited back through PayPal. If you paid by Credit Card, I will credit your card. If you paid with a check I will issue a check after yours has cleared. Please email me before returning an item so I can watch for it. I really do want you to be happy with what you buy from me. Thank you.
